Hi!

HEEELLLLLOOOOOOOOO

unpretty:

Alex Jones lawyers messed up and accidentally sent to lawyers for Sandy Hook families a full copy of everything on Jones’s phone. This then exposed Jones as hiding evidence he should have turned over. Jones upon learning this: “This is your Perry Mason moment.” pic.twitter.com/GmA64zFFvu — Angelo Carusone (@GoAngelo) August 3, 2022ALT

i’m at work and i can’t re-up the video someone please post it i want to scream

Right, and then he says "and as of two days ago, it fell free and clear into my possession"—he's referring to the Texas snap-back rule, where privilege claims are deemed waived if the party does not make any claim within 10 days of being notified of the production pic.twitter.com/V1stntwtCL — Owen Barcala (@obarcala) August 3, 2022ALT

he literally messaged back jones’ lawyer like “hey is this supposed to be protected info because i don’t think you sent me all this on purpose”. all the lawyer had to do was say “whoops sorry ignore that” at any point in the next ten days. and he. didn’t. the records go back three years. which includes jan 6th. bankston implied that law enforcement will be interested in seeing this. my inability to scream at work is agony.

dumpsterprophet:

I’m convinced the culturally christian discourse is for people who want a way to hate Christians and Atheists at the same time while never criticizing other religions

Can someone pls explain what like the discourse is even about? What are the two sides?? When I read “culturally Christian” it sounds like it’s people that celebrate Christmas but don’t believe in Jesus anymore and I don’t get the controversy

despazito:

stuck thinking about the theory that any serious class conflict between working class whites and the bourgeois of north america was able to be postponed for the longest time by just giving land away. unlike europe where all the land was already claimed and densely inhabited, the newly stolen land of the new world could be carved up and handed out to go “start a life for yourself”. first in the western frontier and then again in the postwar years via suburban development and the GI bill.

everyone got to be their own little lord over the land, which no doubt also contributed to the rampant attitude of individualism and being “self made”, which is incredibly hypocritical and dishonest because both those unlawful land giveaways were extreme acts of government welfare. But now in the 21st century, whites can’t redeem that deal anymore. They can’t afford to own shit, there’s no social welfare from the government, so the problem has finally come home to roost and we’re seeing the unrest of this “broken promise”. which only a select few were ever entitled to in the first place
